This color photograph was taken on Shirl Amor's deck, on Tamalpais Avenue, Belvedere Island. For four years she invited me to photograph her magnificent begonias. Each year they were uniquely different in color and shape. This image is from a collection taken the first year. The scalloped petal edges resemble seashells. The subtle coral shades catch the eye.
Brushed silver frame, archival acid-free matte and backing.
